Abstract
Based on Information-flow as the essential relations among the enterprises, the study unifies the enterprise's boundary internal and external relation and describes the enterprise network through mathematics matrix model. Then the analytic approach for the behavior form local to globe of the network and the cluster coefficient is used to depict the characteristics of the enterprise network. At last, this paper researches the mathematic description for the different hierarchy of the network especially the state evolution of the enterprise node formed by different radius and gives the mathematic form for the networking of the enterprise.
