Status quo and Countermeasure of Agricultural Extension in Jiangsu Province

Based on the analyses of the basic feature of agricultural production and the achievements of agricultural extension in Jiangsu province,in this paper the problems,i.e.incomplete reformed system,low-quality extension personnel,poorly concentrated extension force and backward service facilities were pointed out and its countermeasures were put forward,which were the innovation of extension system,integration of extension resource,construction of extension staff,investment and the combination of economic benefits between extension staff and peasants.
