Abstract
Objective To investigate the difference in in-vitro hemolysis between two different formulations of puerarin injections,and to provide the basis for clinical medication safety.Methods Improved in-vitro hemolysis tests were used to evaluate rabbit erythrocyte hemolytic degree induced by puerarin injection and puerarin for injection.Results Rabbit erythrocyte hemolysis ratio induced by puerarin injection was significantly higher than that induced by puerarin for injection of the same concentration.Both dosage forms of puerarin injections could change rabbit erythrocyte morphology in vitro.Conclusion There is difference between different dosage forms of puerarin injections.
