Correctly Understanding "New Industrialization"

Taking a way ofnew industrializationfirstly should correctly understandingnew industrialization.Comparing with traditional industrialization,new industrializationrepresents some important characteristics,such as high technology entering,mixing together and transforming into traditional industry,the level of internationalization of industrial structure and resource allocation improving,the change of development concept and strategy,the timetable for completion of similar period of industrialization reducing.Speeding up heavy industry,increase of the industry share,what new industrialization are discussed in this paper in order to clarify some unclear and misunderstanding ofnew industrialization.
