Effects of Tiao Zhilin capsules(TZHL) on serum LPL,HL,ApoAI and ApoB in hyperlipidemia rat model

Abstract

Objective To investigate the lipid-regulating effects and mechanism of Tiao Zhilin capsules(TZHL) on lipoprotein in blood in the hyperlipidemia rat model.Methods Experimental hyperlipidemia rats were formed after feeding fatty diet for 8 weeks,and the level of lipoprotein(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),apolipoprotein(ApoA I,ApoB),LPL and HL in blood were observed.Results Administered with TZHL at low dose,intermediate dose,and high dose could obviously reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB,and also significantly increase the levels of HDL-C,LPL,HL and ApoAⅠin hyperlipemia rat.Conclusion TZHL could regulate the abnormal lipoprotein in blood and preventing hyperlipidemia.
