On the Essence of Values of Life and Its Difference from General Values

The word originally means cover up,protect,strengthen.It reflects the internal nature and goal of human exploration.The nature of value does not lie in external material needs,but recognition of significance of human life.Therefore,the essence of value is life,and the exploration of and reflection on meaning of is the point of departure of philosophy of value.Studies of general have been trapped because of the subjects,methodology,and concepts,thus it is necessary to construct values of life on the basis of human science.Values of attempts to discover the nature of value through questioning,advocates the cognitive model of distinguishing the subject and the object.It aims to realize integration of philosophy of and philosophy of value,and integration of the Chinese philosophy and the western philosophy as well.
