Foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation in the treatment of varicose of great saphenous veins

Objective To study foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation in the treatment of varicose veins of great saphenous of the safety,efficacy,and prognosis. Methods Using a single set of prospective studies on 186 cases of patients with lower extremity varicose veins to take foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation for the treatment of varicose of great saphenous veins and related complications,the operation time,surgical incision,length of hospital stay,complications,postoperative varicose veins disappeared,recurrence,ulcers,dermatitis,pigmentation,edema improved situation etc. The results were analyzed. Results 186 patients with foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation for the treatment of varicose veins of great saphenous,were successfully completed surgery,every body therapy time of 6 ~ 15minutes,incision 1 ~ 3,6 hours of postoperative patients could walk,postoperative hospitalization 3 ~ 5 days. Within a week no serious postoperative complications. Conclusion Foam sclerotherapy combination with great saphenous vein high ligation in the treatment of varicose veins of great saphenous was safe and effective,has small trauma,shorter operation time,good cosmetic effect,quicker recovery,shorter hospitalization time,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
