Abstract
In this paper a new reagent antipyrinylazoⅢ has been synthesized,purified and identified.In a buffer solution of Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH and in the presence of OP,this reagent forms a red complex with Ni~(2+),its apparent molar absorptivity is 5.2×10~4 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) at 540 nm and the composition of the complex is M∶R=1∶1,Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-0.48 μg/mL.This method has been applied to the determination of nickel with satisfactory results.
