An Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation of Regional Development Discrepancy in Liaoning Province

This paper uses 41 indicators,through multi-level,multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index calculation,and analysis the situation of social,economic,and human settlements development of 58 cities(counties) in Liaoning Province.The results showed that both the overall and the per capita development level are remarkable difference,and regional development presents the very big imbalance.Under the strategy of Construction of Five Points,One Line in Liaoning Province,in order to realize the coordinated development of the region,accomplishing the regional economic integration,requires the interactive development between coastal and hinterland of Liaoning Province,and also need government implement comprehensive different policies,such as government focus on supporting those cities and counties whose economic backwardness and underdevelopment,industrial development,and vigorously develop the counties economy etc.
