Abstract
Two-dimension dynamic programming model was established based on the model of crop responses to water modified by introducing of crop canopy leaf area index with consideration of the after-effect of water deficit. Optimal irrigation scheduling of winter wheat was obtained according to the experimental data in Huo Quan Irrigation Area. The simulated results indicated that the model could well reflect the effects of irrigation time, each irrigating amount and total irrigation amount on winter wheat yieldsl, which showed the model and the parameters were reasonable and practical.
