Experience and Methods of Changing Government's Function in New Stage

China has become the third largest trade country four years after it entered the WTO.However,while performing its duties,Chinese government should also apply the WTO regulations to change its function so as to achieve success both in its economic system reform as well as in its administrative system reform.On analyzing WTO's regulations on government function,this article points out that Chinese government should use them as guideline to further change its function.
