30 years of reform and opening up,especially since the 21st century,with the income of urban and rural residents in Shaanxi Province increasing income gap between urban and rural residents across the province are also further expanded.Income gap between urban and rural residents in our province because of the widening income of farmers is too low.How effective changes in agricultural development increasing the income level of farmers is a priority.
