Investigation on Food Hygiene Safety Situation of the Part Troops in North China

Objective To investigate the situation on food hygiene safety of the part troops in north China in order to provide methods for the troops food hygiene safety.Methods Food hygiene safety during June to August 2011 of 119 troops were investigated by inspection,questionnaire and coli group paper strip method,and the data were analysed.Results Firstly there were no food poisoning,food origin disease and unqualified food.7 troops were proved excellent,31 fine,42 common and 39 bad.The comprehensive evaluation of food hygiene safety showed that the qualified rate was 67.23%.Secondly 952 samples of the table ware and workers′ hands sample were randomly detected.The qualified rate was 61.45%,and the qualified rate of delicatessen appliances was below 60.00%.Thirdly the knowing rate of food hygiene safety knowledge was 57.67%.Conclusion There are some problems on food hygiene safety of the part troops in north China,so the supervision for food hygiene should be strengthened and the workers should be informed of knowledge on food hygiene safety.
