Abstract
On the base of general diffraction theory, the con ve rsion of off-axis Gaussian beams passing through an optical system represented by ABCD matrix is analyzed by the Collins formula, and there is had a conclus ion that output beam is the decentered beam. The character of off-axis Gaussian beams'focusing and collimation is discussed.
