Abstract

In this paper,BG11 medium was chosen as basal medium. The cultivating concentrations of three kinds of nutrients C,N,P were optimized, using a single factor experiment and L9(33) orthogonal design method. The results showed,in the heterotrophic culture of Scenedesmus obliquus, the glucose was the best carbon source, the sodium nitrate was the best nitrogen source, and the optimal concentrations of three kinds of nutrients was: glucose 20 g/L,NaNO3 2.0 g/L,K2HPO4·3H2O 0.15 g/L.High-oil Scenedesmus obliquus grew very well in optimized medium, and the maximum biomass(A680) in the stationary phase was up to 10.276.These results indicate that the high-oil Scenedesmus obliquus may be a raw material of the biodiesel production.
