Abstract

To realize the socialization of services is the orientation and aim of the reform in colleges and universities' services.This reform is a practical problem as well as a theoretical one.How to realize the socialization of services in colleges and universities is a problem of both method of operation and concept reform.To further understand the meaning of the socialization,to handle properly the probloms in the course of its reform have much do with the success of the socialization.
