On the Historical Evolution and Philosophical Basis of CPC's Development

the view on Development is to be created,improved,and consummated with the development of human society.The view on development of CPC's fourth-generation leaders has experienced an evolution from a developing view which simply focuses on pursuing economic increase,to what seeks to comprehensive,harmonious,and consistently development,according to the process of socialistic modernization construction,that is,an evolution from traditional development view to scientific development view.The development view of CPC,which is based on foundational principle of Marxism and historical materialism,has stable concept of philosophy.The idea that everything will start from reality which objectively exists is the footstone of CPC's development view,while the idea,that productivity is ultimately the fetal factor which drives the development of society,is the key line,and people oriented is the basic direction of evolution on CPC's development view.
