Abstract
Objective To investigate the laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis and liver cirrhosis patient's clinical efficacy. Methods Retrospective analysis of Wuxi People's Hospital in recent years treated 73 cases of gallstone and cirrhosis in patients with clinical data. Results Laparotomy group of gallstone and cirrhosis in patients with operation time, postoperative hospital stay was significantly longer than the laparoscopic group, intraoperative bleeding is also significantly more than the laparoscopic group, the complication rate was significantly higher in the laparoscopic group, statistically, significant difference,P0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis and liver cirrhosis can shorten the operation time and postoperative hospitalization time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, reduces the rate of complications, and is an ideal minimally invasive treatments,is worthy of clinical use.
