Abstract
The modern agricultural industrial system is featured by high technological efficiency.Based on the evaluations of agricultural technical efficiency in 18 cities of Henan Province from 2001 to 2010 by means of super-efficiency DEA method,the author finds that the current overall efficiency of agriculture in Henan Province is still not high enough and most of the cities is inefficient in this aspect,though they make some progress in recent years.Given this,the author thinks we must change the traditional agricultural input-oriented model,establish and improve the efficiency-oriented model of agricultural production and promote vigorously the change of agricultural developmental pattern in order to improve agricultural technical efficiency in Henan province.
