Abstract
Poetic education,regarded by the Han-dynasty Confucianists as the newest and freest aesthetic code,is not only inherited from the literary concepts of political education in the Early Qin Dynasty,but also related with the era and trend of thoughts in culture in Han Dynasty, thus possessing a clear touch of Han-dynasty Confucianism. This article analyses the relations between poetic education and the social structure in Han Dynasty, demonstrates the form of expression of Han-dynasty poetics,clarifies the essence of poetic education, and expounds the theoretical features of the development of Chinese classic literature and art.
