Abstract

Objective: To study the early postoperative gastric enteral nutrition in clinical experience, safety, rehabilitation value. Methods: 5-year implementation of radical gastrectomy, and enteral nutrition therapy in 21 patients for analysis,to observe the clinical symptoms;monitoring before and after surgery,on the 8th day body weight, hemoglobin, albumin changes and exhaust, get out of bed time with the same period 21 cases of gastric cancer patients compared conventional infusion group. Results: 21 cases were able to tolerate enteral nutrition, there is not a small number of patients,no complications, between the two groups after two kinds of body weight and hemoglobin showed no significant difference, but there are differences between the two groups of albumin, intestines motility recovery time and get out of bed with the control group were significantly different. Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition after radical gastrectomy support is safe, effective, and better in improving the postoperative nutritional status and mental state.
