Regular hepatectomy operation for hepatolithiasis with bile duct stricture

Abstract
【Objective】 To study the clinical effects of regular hepatectomy operation for hepatolithiasis with bile duct stricture. 【Methods】 The clinical datas of 78 patients with hepatolithiasis with bile duct stricture were retrospectively analysed from January 2002 to January 2009 in our hospital. 【Results】All of the operations were succeed. There were 2 cases of pathological reports were bile duct adenocarcinoma,and 6 cases of remnant stone after operation(7.69%), 5 cases of incisional infection(6.41%), 2 cases of bile leakage(2.56%). 2 cases of hemobilia 60 (76.9%)cases were followed up. 5 cases recurred calculus of bile duct after operation. 【Conclusions】Hepatectomy operation was an effective method to treat hepatolithiasis with bile duct stricture in according to respective condition of hepatolithiasis and stricture.
