On the Improvement of the Villager Autonomy and the Development of Democracy

The villager autonomy is a creative practice of democracy in China.It has effectively promoted the development of grass-roots democracy and the process of democratization in China.But with the implementation of the Act of the Villagers Committees,still many urgent problems need to solve in that system,such as the coordination between the party's grass-roots organizations and the villagers Committees,the establishment of an effective mechanism for resolving conflict and supervision,elimination of clan forces and the negative impact of the family interests,the connection between the government and the villagers Committees.Solving these problems will actively promote the sustained and healthy development of the villager autonomy and China's democracy.
