Abstract

The growth of embryonic stem cells are controlled by a complex network system. This article mainly introduced the regulation of Oct-4, Nanog and Sox2 transcription factors on the growth of embryonic stem cells. This will lay a theoretical basis for the utilization of embryonic stem cell resources in the future.
