Abstract
In order to accurate measure the actual discharging volume of the piston pump,according to the discharging volume calculation principle of the reciprocating piston pump,the actual discharging volume of the piston pump was calculated base on the measurement method of the inhaled volume efficiency.First according to the main factors affected to the inhaled volume efficiency,an inhaled volume efficiency measurement and test device of high density sticky material was developed.With the modification on the quality fraction,inhaled velocity,material bunk pressure,material cylinder length and diameter ratio and other performance of the material,the inhaled volume efficiency of the piston pump could be studied by the device.The paper introduced the test and measurement principle of the measurement and test device.Also the paper in detail stated the composition of the device,including the test procedure to measure the inhaled volume efficiency.In the final,a mathematical model to calculate the actual discharging was set up base on the inhaled volume efficiency.With the method to calculate the actual discharging of the piston pump,the actual discharging would be not only more closed to the project reality,but could be applied to study the actual discharging under any performances closed to the theoretical discharging,which could provide the technical basis to improve the pumping efficiency and project application.
