About the Lexicalization Process and Time of XuDuo

xuduo comes from the structure ruxu + duo in Tang Dynasty, xuduo has meanings, at the Northern Song Dynasty xuduo became a word in the meaning of much (zheyangduo) , and then became a word in another meaning of many ( xuduo) at the Southern Song Dynasty. The structure of ruxu + duo is preserved so much in ZuTangJi. Rules and forms of classical poem speed up the lexicalization of xuduo.
