Research on Assets Backed Securitization of Automobile Finance

Abstract

Auto Finance will have a great development in future as a new industry in China.This article begins with introduction to the concept and process of assets backed securitization(ABS).Then the demand for auto finance ABS is analyzed,and the obstacles to auto finance ABS are researched.A new financing channel is provided to the auto finance company.Finally,some viable models to the auto finance corporations and some suggestion in real operation are presented.
