On the Enforcement Mode of Private Criminal Investigation

The concrete enforcement of private criminal investigation is given to a large degree of flexibility and diversity.In order to avert the negative influences brought about in the process of enforcing private criminal investigation,the mode of its enforcement should be well-defined beforehand.Classifying the enforcement modes of private criminal investigation into compulsory ones and non-compulsory ones,this paper presents a basic procedural layout for enforcing compulsory private criminal investigations.
