Fire investigation and identification of a serious fire accident

Abstract
A fire investigation was made on a fire which cost five lives but not too much damage.It was excluded that fire was caused by electrical short circuit which was supported by technical identification,and fire reason was identified as smouldering of combustible materials by unquenched cigarette which was supported by indirect evidence.The importance of fire investigation completely was discussed and opinion on similar fire risk was proposed.
