Advances on common classification and treatment of nonunion fracture

Nonunion and delayed union are common complications of osteology,caused by many reasons.Analysising the causes,pathosenesis,classifications,surgery or non-surgery treatment of nonunion depend on the coalition of multiple methods.The classification of Weber-Cech plays an important role in selecting correct method to treat nonunion.However,there are more challenges to treat nonunion,and needs intensified studies.Various internal fixing has its own advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of nonunion.In this article,we intend to review the common reasons,pathosenesis,classifications and fixings of nonunion.
