Operation Mechanism and Construction of the Overall Quality Assurance and Evaluation System——Taking College of Engineering and Technology in Chengdu University of Technology As an Example

The abnormal development of the popularization of higher education leads to the deficiency of education resources,and the shortage of corresponding educational quality assurance system adds to the comparatively decrease of educational quality.Thus,the quality assurance system and corresponding administrative supervising system must be set up to guarantee the popularization of higher education quality.Taking College of Engineering and Technology in Chengdu University of Technology as an example,this paper elaborates the operation mechanism and the construction of the educational quality assurance and evaluation system in the colleges and universities.
