Abstract
GPRS is a kind of new Communication Technique based on the System of GSM,and is applied widely in the field of industry control.This paper introduces how to build the Monitor Control System based on GPRS,and presents the method of linking and managing server terminals as well as project items realized by Delphi5.0.
