Study on the Expression of Ang-2 and Livin in the Tissues of Endometriosis

Abstract

Objective To detect the role of Ang-2 and Livin in the development of endometriosis.Methods Archived tissue sample of 40 Ovary chocolate cyst(eutopic)and 30 normal endometrium we selected and immunohistochemically analyzed for Ang-2 and Livin. Results the positive rate of Ang-2 in endometriosis was 87.50% higher that in noemal endometrium of 16.66%, the positive rate of Livin in endometriosis was 72.50% higher that in noemal endometrium of 13.33%.They have positive relationship in endometriosis. Conclusions Ang-2 and Livin may play an important role in particular malignant biological behaviour of endometriosis through their repective moclear mechanisn.
