Abstract
Introduce the methodologies and steps for the involute straight cone gear in environment of Pro/E 3.0.Based on principle,using equation build up the involute.Consequently we can ensure the accuracy of the involute gear shape.The designer only needs to input the gear parameters,then three dimensional entity models may be created rapidly and precisely with the efficiency of design upgraded.And dynamic simulation is executed by using mechanism module,The foundation for further designing manufacturing and engineering analysis are also established.
