Abstract

To construct learning party organization in colleges and universities is of vital practical significance in strengthening the construction of the Party organization and promoting the innovation in higher education administration.This paper analyzes the importance and characteristics of learning party organization and proposes the ways and means to construct it in colleges and universities.
