Abstract
Based on the research and analysis of the traditional voltage reference,a new CMOS bandgap voltage reference with curvature compensation was designed by using the structure of low dropout regulator(LDO),which effectively eliminated the influence of offset voltage.PSRR of the voltage reference at low frequency was analyzed and the stability of the system was discussed.Experimental results showed that the circuit had an output range from 1.31235 V to 1.31241 V,a temperature coefficient of 1 ppm/℃in the temperature range from 20℃to 100℃,and a low frequency PSRR of 90 dB.The circuit consumes 2.18 mW of power and occupies a chip area of 0.09 mm~2.
