Evidence-based Study for Health Financing Blue Print on "Health China by the Year 2020"

Adopting evidence-based health policy-making and based on health financing data of WHO 192 members,the article conclude global status quo and trends of health financing from two dimensions of the time and the level of economic development,and the main problems exit in China’s health financing are also discussed. According to China reaching 5 000＄ per capita in economy and population circumstances in 2020,taking the health financing model for the same average income countries as a reference standard,we put forward health financing blue pint onHealth China by the Year 2020,which provided more scientific and rational reference for china to make practical standards for health financing.
