A Research on the Construction of Urban and Rural Insurance Systems Planned as a Whole

The repetitive construction and mutual separation of the social insurance systems for the rural areas and farmer workers not only seriously injure farmer-workers' social insurance interest but also lead to great waste of social insurance resources.Conforming and reforming social insurance system is a must in order to perfect socialist market economic system and safeguard the social insurance interests of farmer-workers and urban residents.To conform and reform social insurance system,the social insurance systems for the same types of groups should be unified on one hand,and on the other hand the social insurance systems for each type of groups should be joined with each other.Unifying the social insurance systems for the same types of groups is helpful for the construction of the system in which the social insurance systems for each type of groups are joined.
