Abstract

Objective: To explore a method to determine the area of craniotomy . Methods : We reviewed and analyzed 132 patients who had undergone decompressive craniectomy . Results :The rate of satisfation in the observation group was 94.1%, significantly higher than 79.7%,in the control group (P0.05) . Conclusion: The area of craniotomy should be determined by several indexes, which may reduce uncertainty of craniotomy.
