Abstract
The correlation among some critical nutrient content and 4 soil enzyme activities of ginseng soil in farmland was studied by canonical correlation analysis to reveal its soil fertility. The results showed that soil enzymes, phosphatase activity, invertase activity and catalase activity had obvious correlation with content of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and available kalium while phosphatase activity affected phosphorus forms, and invertase activity played an important between transformation of organic matter and content and forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium; Catalase activity accelerated decomposition transformation of organic matter. Only Zn content affected enzyme activity, promoting the activity of phosphatase, invertase, catalase to some extent. Soil urease activity affected content of alkaline nitrogen, nutrient Fe and Cu had an effect on urease activity.Integral soil enzyme factor can be used as a biological index of soil fertility, which, together with other growth factors, must be considered when ginseng soil in farmland is evaluated.
