Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of PIH pregnant women serum lipid and lipoprotein levels, in order to further clarify the relationship between pregnancy induced hypertension and lipid metabolism. Methods 46 cases of PIH pregnant women were selected for pregnancy induced hypertension group, normal pregnant women and normal women in all 46 cases, respectively as pregnant women group and women group.Compared with three groups of LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, TC. Results Compared with the pregnant group, LDL-C, TG, TC in the PIH group were higher, and HDL-C the PIH group was significantly lower, the difference was significant(P0.05). Compared with the normal group,LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, TC in the pregnant group was significantly higher,HDL-C was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion:The detection of pregnant women blood lipid and lipoprotein level has certain clinical significance for the early diagnosis of pregnancy induced hypertension.
