The impact of agri-chain management on performance of quality and safety

Quality and safety of agri-food has become more and more important and agri-chain management(ACM) has been applied to agriculture extensively,so it is necessary to research quality and safety of agri-food in the framework of agri-chain.This paper discussed the relationship among partner relationship,ACM practices,ACM performance,performance of quality and safety management(QSMP) of agri-food based on vegetable chain in Nanjing.The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between agri-food ACM and QSMP.Therefore,agricultural enterprises should strengthen agri-chain management to guarantee quality and safety of agri-food and improve performance.
