Africa has always been the indispensable tache in the chain of American global strategy, The development of African constitutionalism has been influenced by American constitutionalism thoughts and political system from its early time, In the late 1990s, the modes of constitutionalism in many African countries have been transforming with the democratization movement globally pushed by America. The influences that America imposed on the building of African constitutionalism strikingly manifest as: human rights conception, Federalism, Presidential System and Party Systems, and Judicial Review Systems.
