Abstract

A rail to rail operational amplifier is designed with 0.6μm CMOS technology at 3.3V single power supply. It's input common mode range and signal output range are close to ground and power supply, which is called rail to rail of input signal and output signal. The operational amplifiers have achieved DC gain of 77dB, unit gain bandwidth of 4.32MHz, and phase margin of 79°. Since simple circuitry of the operational amplifier, stable working and wider input-output linear dynamic range, it is suitable to system on chip.
