Investingation on the Purchase and Use Situation of Agricultural Means of Production in Hebei Province:Taking the Agricultural Means of Production of Field Crops for Example

Agricultural means of production is the basic factor of agricultural production.Its quality,price,application method and technology have direct effect on output and the quality of agricultural product,as well as farmer's income.Based on the result of questionnaire,the present situation and problems of purchase and utilization of field crops ’ agricultural means of production were studied in Hebei province.Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for regulating agricultural capital market and using agricultural production materials effectively.
