Progress in researches on treatment of women vaginitis by Lactobacillus

Mucous membrane immune system and the dynamic balance of lactobacillus and other microbes in healthy women's vagina play an important role to maintain vagina's self-purification and the host's health. Lactobacillus help the vagina to resist the growth and reproduction of the endogenous and exogenous pathogenic bacteria. When the balance is broken,lactobacillus decreased and other microorganisms proliferous,causing the occurrence of vaginitis. Microecological treatment can be used in clinical for the treatment of vaginitis,,rational use of antibiotics and the application of microecological regulating agents,thus have antiseptic,repair vaginal epithelium and restoring vaginal micro ecological environment. The rational use of antibiotics and microecological modulator would help sterilizing the vagin,repairing the epithelium and restoring the vaginal microecology in order to cure the vaginitis in clinical.
