Abstract
A method for the determination of phoxim in carrot juice concentrate was established by HPLC with a DAD detector.Residues of Phoxim were extracted from samples with ethyl acetate, purified on the column of silica gel.The HPLC conditions were RP-C_(18) column,methanol-water 7∶3(V/V) as mobile phase, and wavelength at 285 nm.The linear range was 0.1~10.0 μg/mL(r=0.99985) and the regression equation was Y=48.676X-1.4548.The detection limit of Phoxim was 0.02 mg/kg in the samples of carrot and the ranges of recoveries were 76.5%~89.3%,RSD was 2.8%~4.5%.
