Abstract

Epoxy molding compounds was a multicomponent materials,which included epoxy resin、curing agent, curing accelerator,packing,flame retardant and so on,curing accelerator was the key factor which controlled curing reaction speed and cured material performance of epoxy resin and phenolic resin in the system of the epoxy molding compounds. Several commonly used curing accelerators for epoxy molding compounds in recent years were mainly described,and a brief analysis about the future developmental trends was carried out.
