Abstract
Objective To explore the pathologenetic causes and clinical countermeasures of cerebral infarction following the surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH). Method The clinical data of 11 patients with cerebral infarction following the surgery for HCH,who were treated in our department from January,2000 to January,2007,were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 11 patients with cerebral infarction,5 belonged in grade Ⅲ of activities of daily living(ADL),2 in grade Ⅳ,1 in grade Ⅴ,and 3 died. Conclusions The cerebral infarction,of which,the pathologenetic factors are very complex,is one of the most severe complications after the surgery for HCH. The comprehensive treatment may decrease mortality and disabled rate,and enhance survival quality in the patients with cerebral infarction after surgery for HCH.
