Abstract
Under the background of economic globalization,the traditional mode of higher education has been faced with serious challenges.This paper suggested that the developmental pattern of higher education be widened combined with modern information and network characteristics.It should attach importance to creative talents training and construction of new mode and new ideas about creative talents training of higher education.This paper mainly focused on the meanings,characteristics,and effects of internet education,and on how to utilize internet education for creative talents training.It was concluded that internet education was an effective approach for creative talents training and achievement of social study.
